Good store but getting more and more like a Kroger. Many brands are being replaced with one of the Kroger brands. One of many examples is the canned fruit.

Standing in line waiting to buy a smoothie for about 15 min now. I think they are just hoping I leave at this point . Does anyone work at the smoothie/juice bar?

Total disregard for safety and the needs of disabled customers .They have 2 at times 3 battery powered disabled carts most 90%of time are dead or take you to back of store then die leaving many Seniors /many disabled scrambling to get back out of store .No backup manual wheelchair in event of emergency Manger who giggles when you complain in a hurry to stack more hot dog buns on shelfs claiming "we tell corperate" yet their cart return staff will leave battery carts outside in rainstorms -snow - freezing temps brought in hours later and left unplugged .Issue already 2yrs easily they are never cleaned often old food in basket mud throughout filth galore .Was a nice place when it replaced Dominiks but continues a downhill trend where company profit far over shadows customer care / service .Guess it shown by the number of staff that transfer out or secure employment elsewhere .Awaiting more evidence (photos - interviews with those affected ) before I file a complaint with City of Chicago Dept of Human Resources against Krogers and Marrianos it's nothing to giggle about when without these carts some can't shop .Dont offer a helping hand to us if you kick us down in the process .WE HAVE RIGHTS PROTECTED BY LAW

Went to Marianos today and it was my second or third time. Never had issues. Today I was having some problems with trying to find the scanner in my phone to get my coupons, but it seemed to not work. I asked a woman at the self checkout and she was the KINDEST person. When she couldnt figure it out, she had her boss come by to try to help me. The boss on duty, was also an incredibly kind woman who helped me out, listened to me, and made me feel like I wasnt wasting time by standing and trying to get the deals LOL. this was by far the friendliest grocery experience Ive ever had.
