Wow!!! New Vision Granite & Their team especially Brenda helped me transform my kitchen! The team came out executed perfectly helped curate a design that matched my cabinets & ensured I knew how to care for & treat my investment for years to come! They installed some quartz for us about 6 months ago. We have an issue with one of the sections and despite contacting them repeatedly about it, we get no response. Seems like they do not stand by their work at all. Try somewhere else for your needs
As to your follow up, I'm not sure whether you are saying that you want to schedule someone to look at this or not. This is not an issue of wear and tear. As I explained to you by text there are three sections of quartz on our countertop. Two sections are fine and the third is missing the top gloss coat entirely. Wear and tear is not going to cause one section to entirely be missing this finish.
I would think you would want to resolve this but so far, your actions have got to make me think you don't stand by your work.
I would prefer to handle this issue directly but as you do not respond to text messages this is the only way open to me.

Great place, I get all my granite from here. Brenda is my go to person for everything and she always delivers. Her pops is a great guy also and does wonderful work. I highly recommend using this company. 5 stars easily
