I have had experience with Edgebrook Remodeling on many occasions in the past on various types of projects and have found them to be very conscientious and thorough in their work, with excellent attention to detail. I would happily recommend them as a trustworthy and sensibly priced construction company.

I hired Edgebrook to redo my laundry room a couple years ago, and they did a good job, quickly, and not expensively. I hired them again this year to replace a shower surround and was again impressed with the speed and quality of the work. I will hire Bill and Edgebrook again for any construction work I need.

This review is in regards to Edgebrook Constructions communication and personal regard for people only. This does not speak to the quailty of work. I made an appointment two weeks ahead. Bill was very polite, called me over the weekend to set up the time and said he'd go to the jobsite to get his guys started and then come and meet with me. He just sent me a text message (not even dignified enough to call) at 8:30pm the night before saying "We are currently too busy to take on any new jobs until September. Call me early summer." Bill is what gives contractors a bad name. Sure he might do good work, but he does not respect people's time and schedules. A simple, "Sorry, would love to help you, but we are booked through September" would have done fine at the first call. Terrible customer service and I imagine this speaks to how you might be treated as a client if he did manage to get in your door.
