Used Premier to remodel foyer. Included ordering and installing new Pella entry door. Ripping out old floor and installing old heart pine I had sourced. New wood porch ceiling and downspout. Installed tile on porch. Drywall, paint, etc. The start got delayed due to waiting on Pella delivery and then Covid started. Despite understandable and out of control delays, they (Emily!) were always in touch and never had to wonder what was up. Once things got started, couldnt have gone any smoother. Everyone, from Emily, my point of contact, to the contractors sent to do the work, was nothing less than 100% professional and the work turned out excellent. Quality all around. Im just here writing a review because I was looking them up to inquire about more work I need done and realized I never left one! Probably better, because the work was performed about a year+ ago (whenever Chicago decided contractors were essential) and I can report there have been zero issues. * We were contacted soon after this post and windows were installed only a week after. Job was done correctly. We signed a contract to get some windows installed 6 to 8 weeks from that day. It's been over 12 weeks already and they didn't install the windows yet. Not only that, they didn't even scheduled the appointment to do it and they don't respond to calls. We also have been saying that the windows needed to be installed before the end of August because we have tenants and they didn't care. Service: Window installation

Contracted to remodel a bathroom and open up a wall. Liked their bid, so we signed, paid the deposit, and ordered all fixtures/bathtub, tile, etc. All this stuff sat in my house (and is still sitting in my house) basically making a floor of my house unusable for four months. . Long story short, at the end of four months, they called and said they couldn't honor the contract at the agreed price, and wanted to return the deposit. No offer to renegotiate or rebid, which I would have been open to- just wanted out. So I'm out 3 grand I spent on materials while I can't use a floor of my house, and I'm essentially forced to start over looking for a contractor 3 months after the work was scheduled to be done. Do not recommend.
