        Rarely are there any issues and if one does come up, the customer support and their efforts in correcting or explaining has always been exceptional. The regular guy that services our building, is really nice and approachable. I was working on my motorcycle at 5:30 AM and I couldn't move it to get a fork nut unlocked, I had been trying for an hour or more. He came over grab the handle bars and lifted my 500 lb bike up off the ground. 3 minutes I was done. Keep up the good work and customer relations. Many places have lost the old school ways, not WM.
