I am so happy with my new chairs!!! Yay! Setting my new business has been so overwhelming but getting my chairs was easy, I got them when promised and plus I get financed! What more I could ask. Thank you guys!

Purchased the Hollywood chairs a couple of years ago, the hydraulics were problematic from the beginning and the square base is extremely tippy. The hydraulics have failed on half of the chairs and creaking and slipping on the others. Dangerous for clients. I cannot get anyone to call me back or return emails.

I placed an order on Nov 27th 2016, I ordered 4 chairs, a couch, and 2 shampoo units. I was told it would take 2 weeks due to the type of chairs I wanted weren't in stock. No problem, so I thought, I wasn't opening my salon until Jan 2017. I called several times to find out the status of my equipment. I was assured it was coming. On Dec 29 some of my equipment arrived, my shampoo units were MIA! Finally they arrived on Jan 3rd, no help from the company, the transportation company found them and delivered them immediately. This set my opening back, cost me extra money to hire people to set up my equipment. The shampoo bowl was broke, other unit was damage, they leaked and had to have the drains resealed. The couch legs were so flimsy I had to have a metal frame made to reinforce the frame, then the plastic bottom ends broke off. On top of it all their willing to send me replacements and make me pay more for the shipping!! So much for made in the USA very poor quality, not great service, and don't bother to ask for the owner, he seems to always be on vacation!!
