Absolutely one of the most beautiful furniture stores I have been in. The designs and prices arent for everyone however, if you want the interior of your home to stand out I highly recommend it. Service is also amazing.

I'm not the one who writes reviews, but I just want to share my experience so that others who are ordering from this company are aware of what they're stepping into.
We ordered a vase from this company in early May while visiting Philly (my understanding is they have 2 stores in the US and we ordered in Philly with delivery to Chi). Now, I understand it's not a typical vase - it's a very big, expensive piece of art. However, it's been more than four months and we still haven't received the item. When I placed the order, I was told that the item was actually in stock in the US and I just needed to wait a few weeks for it to be transported from the East Coast to Chicago. I should have questioned back then why it takes weeks to simply ship an item within the US. Forget about email order confirmation or some sort of tacking number. Since then, no one has followed up with me. I have had to reach out myself multiple times and all I get is a generic response like "your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated." The last update I received was that it was supposed to be delivered last week to Chicago. Today is Friday of the next week and there has been silence once again. And mind you, they didn't hesitate to charge me half of the price for the item back in May.
If you do decide to order anything from this store, be prepared to wait for months with no clear guidance and no customer service. It is an extremely frustrating and frankly unexpected level of service for the outrageous price they're charging.

Loved the store, loved the team. Jessie was so wonderful to work with. The quality of the pieces is outstanding. The beauty does not compromise the comfort. The soft fabrics, the elegant shapes all contribute to furniture pieces that look like art.
