      image I was looking to get my sofa reupholstered. Terrible customer service. Very messy location. Don't even try to go here there are plenty of better places to get quality and service I ended up going with C'upholstery Inc. They were wonderful and highly recommended.

      image Eurocraft is a company with long lead times. If you cancel they charge you a penalty of 10% even if it is due to too long of a lead time. Mind you, they haven't even started, so I'm not sure what hardship they are experiencing to warrant the 10%. Now, after a 6 month lead time, they wait until the last minute to start construction. When they can't complete it on time, or run into minor issues, they have no problem being late on their end with NO APOLOGIES. They don't provide a discount when they do wrong, but they will be sticklers with their policies and collect their 10%. They are a sham!! TRY ANEES OR COVERS INSTEAD!       Our lead times are very clearly stated and are included in every email we send. We don't hide the lead times from anyone. The cancellation fee is also clearly stated in our terms and conditions which are also included in every email. The cancellation fee is to attempt to cover the costs associated with the work we do on each order in the office before it goes into production. Once an order goes into production we generally do not have delays. In some cases we need additional information from the designer and have to wait for answers to our questions. We do everything we can to stay under our stated lead times, however we cannot control a designer's availability to answer our questions or receive the delivery when the furniture is ready. We are sorry that your project didn't work out. Our lead times are long because, at the end of the day, we make a quality product that is in demand. We are always happy to answer questions about where a order is in our queue. In addition we offer rush services at an additional cost. I don't know what designer you were working with or how much of this was communicated to you.
