The five starts are for the manager, Sergio. He made the experience simple and was beyond helpful when we were making decisions on which options to choose. He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew about the entire process.

Words cannot begin to express how impressed I was with the service I received from the store manager, Sergio Diaz. I live in Chicago but am renovating a home in Denver. Sergio was very helpful in helping me select the best LVT for my project and handled arrangements to have the product delivered to my home in Denver. When he realized the product was out of stock and the delivery date would put me two weeks behind schedule, he went to work to make sure he did everything in his power to get me the tile in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Sergio is highly professional and takes great pride in his job. LL Flooring is very lucky to have him as an employee.

Gaspar at the Throop St location was extremely helpful to us when purchasing lumber for our kitchen. The store has a great selection and he helped us choose the right one for our needs. He was also very helpful in insuring the wood was delivered to us in a timely manner Highly recommend!
