Radek and team was great so very impressive. His crew came on the next day after meeting with Radek. His crew and got out floors installed in one day so very impressed. I would strongly recommend World Flooring. They installed 3000 square feet of hardwood floor and updated a carpenter staircase to a solid wood staircase. Professional, fair, and performs high quality work. Service: Wood floor installation

We made the mistake of hiring World Flooring for epoxy work, which they falsely claimed to be experts in yet completely messed it up. They did not have the skill to complete this work and should never have taken on an epoxy project. It appears they may have subcontracted this work but did not disclose this information to us despite us asking. Working with Radek was extremely challenging. There was poor communication throughout the project. He ignored and did not respond to our emails, texts and calls on multiple occasions. We asked to see samples and techniques of the epoxy work before and during the work and he did not provide it. There were spike marks and bubbles throughout the floors. There was sharp debris, hair, dust, and dirt embedded in the epoxy as part of the final delivery. There were cut and trip hazards throughout. The design and technique had poor quality. He left the project for 2 weeks for vacations and other jobs and we had our pets, kids, and elderly parents living in a hazardous construction zone for over a month. He also ruined the stair work that we hired him for and the returned after 2 weeks to fix it after we had to stress the urgency multiple times. We had to constantly call and text to get him to respond and finish work. We had to chase him down multiple times with no response to even sign the basic contract.  He missed the planned completion and delivery date by over 4 weeks delivered a horribly unacceptable result. He did not show up on the days or times he said else would and we waited over 11hrs for him over two days. On top of all the extremely poor communication, poor craftsmanship, and delays, he never once admitted that the project was delivered with poor quality and never offered to fix at no cost. He tried to sell us a new floor as a new project costing thousands of dollars more and disregarded the bad epoxy job. He made it seem like he was giving a discount but still quoted a significantly higher amount for fixing his mess. He only seemed interested in responding to us when he knew he was going to make more money from it.They over committed, underdelivered and should never have taken on this epoxy and wood floor project. We are beyond disappointed with the low quality of service, lack of craftsmanship, and extremely poor communication we received. There was a general lack of business professionalism while working with Radek. We had to resort to firing Radek mid project and hiring another more reliable and professional company to finish the job the right way and at a lower cost that what Radek was quoting, including the free labor that he quoted. He said that he would offer a refund but we received no money back from this business. Out of the $32K+ contract, he kept $30K+ and did not finish the work that was committed in the contract. We lost over $15k from this project. We certainly did not get what we paid for from World Flooring. Our experience with this business proved they were highly unethical and fraudulent while working on the project with us. We have detailed documentation including pictures, videos, phone logs, email and more to confirm all our experiences and feedback. Overall, this was one of the worst flooring contractors we have ever had over the past 25 years of multiple flooring projects, and we wish we had never worked with Radek and World Flooring and More.
