      • The staff here is literally the worst. Condescending Attitude! Micro aggressive! Last week the staff told me that I can bring a guest, but when you do, you get told that you can't. I told them whether they can arrange a visit for the guest, they said they can only offer to someone who is really interested in being a member. To make things worse, the female staff there was laughing when we told them I don't take my visa with me. What's so funny It's your fault that you can't take ApplePay! Shame on all of you! I feel very offended by these racist staff!!

        The lockers always seem to locked, even when the gym is empty. Ive brought this to management's attention multiple times. It's very frustrating
