McDonald's

I visited this McDonald's today and as soon as I walked in the door I felt unwelcome. People were waiting 30 to 45 minutes for their orders. The workers rolled her eyes at me. Not once have they gotten my order correct. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich value meals and only got one fry. When I bought it to the workers attention she told me that I didn't pay for 2 Fry's. How could I pay for 2 value meals and not get 2 Fry's? The ice cream machine is never working. Very unapologetic, unwelcoming, unprofessional and just plain rude. There is another McDonald's a little further down the road and I will be going to that one from now on.

The manager in the morning shift for McDonald's is great he does a excellent job. His name is Taurus and he looks out for the old time was in the morning and even brings old man coffee that can barely walk. He serves the top 10 club with presidents Mr Ramsey and I group well we are very happy with the McDonald's managing crew in the morning time starting at 8:00 thank you from the top 10 club we meet every morning

This was a terrible experience. I can't blame the employees on this one. My order was completely wrong and all of my fries were cold. The manager informed me that they were low on food. I blame whoever owns that store for not having enough product. I know that these are trying times but this is just ridiculous. Btw... I went to two other McDonald's and they said they were missing items from the menu. It seems to me that you have to ask what they don't have in order to determine what you're getting
