I try to find the positive in everything. First, the customer service was awesome. Friendly staff. Even though they forgot my salad, the service was a positive experience. Food-my spaghetti was VERY dry and lacked meat. The flavor was fine, just dry. Im not use to dry spaghetti. I also didnt order veggie spaghetti. The catfish was not catfish. It was Swai. I grew up on catfish steaks, fillets and nuggets and thats was not catfish. I am disappointed they advertise catfish..The nuggets are cut up Swai filets. The fish and fries also lacked flavor. None! The fries were soggy. I realize I didnt eat them hot. I requested they be cooked hard for this reason. The jive nacho dip was not the best and again lacked meat. The nacho chips were TOO salty. Outside-I realize we are still in a pandemic. However, its 26 degrees in Chicago and you cant enter the restaurant. A table is blocking the entrance. You either go back to your car, or wait outside. The neighborhood is not the best, or savory. I hope these things change. I read other reviews. The food was too salty for many people. Wheres the middle ground? I drove 1 hour one way for the food. Maybe, it was an off day? I was not impressed; however, keep the positive attitudes. Make improvements with the food. All the best!

Customer service Was great but the food made both me and my daughter sick. Like sick sick. Hate to not be able to support this restaurant but it is what it is. We had the Chicken Wings

This chicken has changed my life. Ive not found a good chicken spot in chicago YET, until TONIGHT! This is the best chicken in the city , seasoned , juicy , crispy , sides to go with it . Perfect

Never again. The catfish was off the chain , but the side are horrible the Mac and cheese are just noodles with shredded cheese on top and they charge $4.99 for a small that has no seasoning and chocolate cake was horrible no caramel and 1 piece of walnut on top (4.50) and the slice was paper thin the red beans and rice was ok. Not wasting my ($45.00 )money again.
