        They make up wait times for online orders. The app will say its ready then you go and “pick up” and then have to wait 50 minutes. Dont just work on delivery driver orders. Complete the orders in the order you receive them.

        Ordered online for pickup for a friend. Order went through but they said they never received the order. I had the receipt and the QR code. Finally making it after an hour of bs. Terrible service.
