I came here at 1am because they advertise as closing at 2am. A group came in before me as well as my friend. We put in our orders and I wanted to pay in cash. But the machine says I need to go to the register to pay. No ones at the register. So I wait there for a while and told them I'm paying in cash. Still no one comes to the register. There's 3 or 4 people working in there. I wait another 15 minutes and while I'm waiting they tell two people that they aren't accepting orders then lock the doors. It's still around 1:20am. Not 2am. Eventually someone comes and lies to me that they aren't accepting cash. I ask if I can just redo the order and pay with my card. They say no. Don't hire people who are too lazy to do their jobs. They signed up for the night shift. They should be open another 40 minutes. Whether I choose to pay with cash or not shouldn't matter. And if they aren't taking cash they should say it instead of wasting my time. It takes no time to put cash in a register. And I'd already ordered anyway so there should be no technicality where I can't just put the order in again. Service like this is disrespectful. Don't advertise that you're open late if you're gonna hire people who won't do their job. I can take my business elsewhere.
