Web says they open at 9:30 door says 10:00 but staff too lazy to open til 10:30 and when asked they say drive through only when we said our trucks don't fit they said walk up when we did they said no there just too lazy to work on time. I'll never eat here again.

Slow as hell.need all knew workers.n I was in drive thru n was there for 55 mins cus the lady made each car with 14 mins before she took the order n then after that got wait 25 mins more before u can pull up n then pull up n still gotta wait 20 mins before my food get to me

Manager is rude the cashier is very slow. I was listening and watching Grubhub orders they dont have a system in place for orders when you arrive they start your order. They need training at this location with customer service.

Just horrible service. After taking my brothers order the cashier just walked away. When I finally got her attention, she said I didn't know you wanted to order. I ordered a combo meal. When she gave me my food, I asked for my drink. She told me to look at my receipt and said I changed you for a dinner. Then said you didn't want a drink anyway. Never again.

This place is the worst Popeyes known to mankind. It is like they strive to give you bad food along with bad attitudes. They also never seem to have what you ordered but think it is okay to replace it with something else. One star is generous for this place. I should be able to give it negative stars.
