Taco Bell

Took 40 mins to get order and when I asked they said they canceled it. They went to make it again and the order was wrong. They refused to give me refund since I ordered from kiosk. The security guard was smoking inside the restaurant. Where is the management for this place? Workers arguing with each other. Its total chaos.

Dont order late here. Ordered online, arrived when the food said it was ready. Wouldnt let me in the door. Charged me $15+ for food I couldnt even grab. Reporting to BBB and TB customer service. Update your hours if youre not going to work the hours posted.

The hygiene of some of the members of staff need to be put on check. This guy literally went to smoke and went back in to start preparing people's food without washing his hands. He was even kissing and hugging his girlfriend just at the entrance of the food prep area.

Worst experience ever the african american employee during the shift denied to take my order after i had mentioned to him the combo i wanted was not on the menu on the keyox and he was forcing me to use the keyox even after i told him the combo wasntnon there he continued to argue and telling me to use the keyox so finally he just refused to take my order and he had to fully capable hispanic woman working and after one of them tried to take my order he yelled at her to get on the line sorry for you having employees like this poor management and poor work etiquette My vist was thursday april 7 between 7pm and 8pm and as seen in the picture he went over and specifically ordered her not to take my order

Ordered and they told me I did not have a drink included so they charged me for another whole meal. Employee is also aggressive and yelling at people as they pace through the lobby.
