McDonald's

I decided to go to the Dollar Store and have lunch at McDonalds down the block afterward. I have to say that this particular McDonalds is by far the cleanest, always clean every time I eat there. I have seen the owner pick up trash in the parking lot, you wont find too many owners doing that. The dirtiest McDonald's is the one at Chicago Ave. & Damen. Its always messy. You need to use a code number on your receipt to gain entry. This has prevented street people from using it for whatever reason.

For the first time, l decided to part take in a pick up order and try out the McDonalds application. Which I found to be delightful until I had to walk into the location in close proximity to me. Upon walking I realized they had done a remodel. The update looks great but they limited the space for patrons to come in and dine. I understand there was a pandemic but when you limit the patrons space you would think it would be easy to keep the place clean because its small. But that was not the case in fact it was filthy. Then when I walked up to the counter there was no one in-front. Once I got my food I went home and it all made sense why the place wasnt maintained. Carelessness! My food look like someone sat on it and then given to me as a joke. I been in management for over 12 and if this is the experience that is expected of me I would be out of a job. I am a firm believer of giving 100 percent in everything you do even if its flipping a burger.

Didnt get the bbq sauce i asked for and the chicken nuggets looked weird and dry asl

Normally the place is good in service... but when busy they seem to always make mistakes. A little too much then other Mc d's.
