Dylan greeted us as we entered the establishment and was incredibly helpful. He helped my lovely wife pick out a new wallet and organize a beautiful zirconia gem into its design. Thank you kindly for helping with this, a true gentleman.
After making finalizations, we were directed to Corey, our embroidery expert. Another true gentleman and an expert at craftsmanship, unparalleled by none other. A true professional and a scholar in embroidery knowledge. I appreciate your kindness and eye for detail.

By profession, I am a taxi driver. On Saturday morning, I dropped my regular customer to coach store on Michigan ave. She had to return something she purchased online. She called me after 5 minutes and asked me to pick her up. The lady was crying because of discrimination. The lady was African American. So sad. My heart was aching.

I have an oxblood dreamer shoulder bag. The hang tag fell off the bag. I went to this store for a replacement. I was willing to pay for the replacement ($8.00). They told me that I had to bring the bag to the store for a hang tag replacement. I did not have the bag with me. However, I showed them my online receipt to prove that I have the bag. They told me that because I purchased it from the online outlet store, they will not sell me a hang tag. This bag was a Coach Reserve purchase which means that this bag was sold at one time in the actual Coach boutique store, and this bag cost me a pretty penny. They told me that I had to buy another bag from them in order for me to purchase the $8.00 hangtag. Are you kidding me? I have to buy a $300 and up handbag to get an $8.00 hang tag. Other Coach boutique store stores allowed me to purchase replacement hand tags for my navy blue Coach Courier Carryall and my Coach Cassie bags because the hang tags fell off my bags. Coach, will you please replace my tag or better secure the hang tags!!!!!
