        Dr. Stefko was a wonderful, kind doctor. I had a lot of different health concerns, and she took the time to carefully discuss all of them. I feel grateful that she is my PCP. However, it was awful scheduling experience. They are using a remote call center to schedule appointments. One woman scheduled me for "tomorrow" and then quickly said "tomorrow, Feb 10th" before I could correct her. (Tomorrow is Jan 26.) I had to call 5 times to set up an appointment. They lied about when I could set up a same-day appointment. They were so rude to me even though I was very polite and told them I was scared I might have cancer or something serious.
