She has been my doctor the last 7 years and she is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens, is patient, is friendly and generally cares. I had referred so many people to Dr. Mathew because she is the best of the best!

Awesome doctor! She sits patiently as I rattle off all my various issues (As I get older they keep adding up)
Shes always been there to help me. The only issue I ever had is the nurses here sometimes get in the way of me talking to my doctor. For example three years ago I had a nurse tell me what I cant say to my doctor as the nurse saw me before I saw the doctor and I ignored the dude and told my doctor my issues. The nurses sometimes create a barrier between me and contacting my doctor.
I have heard she is going to be moving onto a new office, I wish her well as she has done nothing but improve my standard of living!

Im very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this office. I sent over records over a month ago and then had a doctors appointment. Dr. Matthew told me it would be easy to get my next refill just by calling or messaging and letting her know that it was working and to refill it. That was not the case- instead they are claiming to have lost the records I sent over and need me to re order them or request it themselves. So unfortunately I wont get my prescription that is needed. I would avoid this place because they dont seem to care about patient needs and they cant keep track of things. Bummer.

I had been to Michigan Avenue Primary Care Clinic to see Dr. Niby Mathew for my annual physical. I had to do my Vit D3, Vit B12 and Magnescium level tests. The Dr. seemed really nice. She listens to all your concerns and gives appropriate advice. But the office staff of this place is not good. While doing the blood test, they put the band-aid so hard, that when I had to take off my band-aid, my skin peeled off. Also, they forgot to order my Vit B12 tests at their labs. Not a great first time experience at this office.
