it is great doctors are friendly and the other staff, though you have to wait a long time to receive a phone call but, otherwise it's great!

The doctors I've worked with are great, and the other staff is friendly, however when you need information or to get records sent, they are very slow. You are connected to the call center when you try to contact them, who acts as an intermediary between you and the actual office. There have been countless times in the last several weeks when I was supposed to receive a call back from a nurse the same day and never did, or they call back right at closing time, and if you miss the call and try calling right back, you're out of luck as you're brought to a automated machine.

Doctors, nurses and staff are great to your face. However, no one truly cares about the patients. I had an annual physical in January 2022. During the visit, I informed my doctor that I was feeling a little tired. He said he would order couple additional tests (to regular bloodwork) to find out if anything's wrong. He found out I was deficient in vit D. A month later, I get a bill for $900 from Rush for the labwork. Apparently all the tests (including regular bloodwork) were coded "fatigue" so didnt count as annual physical. I am so upset by this experience. First, the coding is wrong. Most of the bloodwork was for annual physical and I already received a $40 bill earlier for the fatigue tests. Second, the staff dont care enough about the patients to make sure they are inserting the correct code. Third, the doctor should have informed me if this was going to be a $1000 test. Who will agree to this crazy amount? I dont mind being tired once in a while if the alternative is i have to spend a months rent in finding out i am deficient in vit D. Never saying anything to a doctor again. Never going in for a physical at Rush again. Totally unacceptable.
