        An individual at the equus group reached out to me, we had an informational discussion and she expressed interest in talking in the coming days to narrow in on possible job fits. She then never responded to any of my follow up emails offering my availability. There are way more responsive firms in the city. Absolute waste of my time.

        Ive interacted with multiple recruiting firms in Chicago and Equus was the worst. They set me up with one interview and after that I never heard from again. Other recruiters like First Recruiting or the Lasalle Network work really hard to get you a job even if you dont get the first one.
