Arcana Vintage Rentals

The rentals were an amazing added touch to our wedding. We love the vintage rugs added to our ceremony space, as well as some vintage lounge seating for guests during the reception. Fairly priced and exactly as photographed!

Kate + her team were by far the easiest "yes" throughout our entire wedding planning process! Kate has a beautifully curated collection of gorgeous rentals that made my wedding day vision come to life. Cannot recommend Arcana enough!

I worked with Kate Reavey as our wedding coordinator for our ceremony and reception in Chicago in November 2022. Kate was amazing to work with and we received a rental credit to put towards items we were looking at using for our reception at the Chicago History Museum. We rented antique lounge furniture for the cocktail reception space which fit perfectly with the vibe of the museum and with our colors and motif. We also we easily able to rent votive holders through them which helped to offset purchasing them ourselves our attempting to go through the florist or a decor company. Kate and everyone with the company is a dream to work with and made it so easy to relax and enjoy our special day! 100% highly recommend!

Choosing Arcana Vintage Rentals was the best decision I made when planning my wedding. As soon as I came across their furniture options I knew I wanted to use them. The furniture and decor was just as pictured on the website and really brought my venue to life. The couches and chairs we rented not only added charm to our venue but were comfortable as well. We received so many compliments from our guests! We also enjoyed not having to worry about bringing in as much of our own decor elements. The team is fantastic to work with. I cant say enough great things about Kate. She is kind and professional. She was very accommodating to my requests and always quick to respond to my emails. I had been nervous about the logistics of delivery and pick up due to my venues narrow timeframe but I had nothing to fear, as Kate coordinated everything and was there to oversee the delivery which was right on time. The team that delivered and picked up were professional and well organized, ensuring that the process was seamless. I highly recommend!!
