We loved working with Stacey. She helped us plan our daughter's outdoor Bat Mitzvah during Covid. Since many people were vaccinated, we were able to have a party outdoors. Stacey helped us come up with creative ideas to decorate outdoors and was flexible and responsive as we changed our minds repeatedly due to the insanity of planning a Bat Mitzvah during a global pandemic. She came up with great ideas to make sure the kids could enjoy themselves even with the Covid restrictions. And she did a fantastic job of working with the vendors and keeping things organized. She took the stress off of us and helped us execute on the things our daughter wanted within our budget to create a fabulous event. It was a great experience!

Stacey created a beautiful Lake Tahoe theme party for my father's 90 birthday. She is very creative and was able to bring Lake Tahoe alive in our backyard. She worked very hard and her creativity was amazing. She is very resourceful and was able to stay within our budget.

Stacey ensured my daughters large and formal wedding and wedding events were perfect which would not have been possible without her detailed planning, ensuring all the vendors and venues were secured and contracts were appropriately completed far in advance of the events, following up with the vendors to make sure everything was in place and service would be provided on time. Not only does Stacey demonstrate stellar organization and planning skills, but she is also a great communicator with a lovely personality. My daughter did not really want a big wedding with all the fuss, but she said, This has been the best day of my life. All the guests continued to rave about how much they enjoyed the wedding with repeated descriptions such as absolutely perfect. the best ever .. beautiful. I cant remember having this much fun ..etc. Stacey covered of details that I would have never thought of until it was too late, leaving me free to enjoy the events with absolutely zero worry. Her assistants are also great to work with. I highly recommend Stacey as there is not a more qualified, responsible, personable, and dedicated events planner that I have ever met!

I was lucky enough to plan two bar Mitzvahs with the leadership of Stacey Moe! Her creativity is unique and endless; she finds unlimited ways to make each party special and always finds just the perfect creative touches to make each event memorable. When vendors arent fulfilling their responsibilities, Stacey is who you want in your corner. Shes so fun and friendly and awesome to work with, but knows how to stand up for her clients and get the job done, exceeding all expectations. Im an extreme perfectionist and cannot find a single flaw with Staceys work. Thanks to her, I was able to thoroughly enjoy both celebrations without a single worry!
