I have reached out to Mr. Villa at least a half a dozen times with phone calls leaving messages and numerous emails. Unfortunately no response to any of the above. How long should it take to return a phone call?

My family and I reached out to Nick to begin the process of a will, trust and power of attorney. From the first call to the last meeting, Nick was extremely professional and patient.
