Camera Ambassador has been a foundational and necessary resource for all of my production needs! Not only do I have immeasurable trust and faith in this rental house and staff, they have set an incredibly high standard in technical knowledge + expertise, community involvement and accessibility for producers, filmmakers and artists throughout Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. That is so very rare to come across rental houses that practice inclusivity with everything they do. I have referred CA to any and everyone I've come across and have so much pride in doing so! Most recently, I've utilized CA for an important shoot with an agency I am currently producing with - things are VERY high-touch and carefully curated for clients and they only had fantastic things to say after the shoot - from pick- up to return! Long story short, you will not be disappointed utilizing Camera Ambassadors services. They are for the craft, the technology, the story and the community! Truly passionate about what they do. Super quick, friendly & helpful!! Camera ambassador came in clutch. I needed a lens while mine was being repaired - I messaged them only a few days before my event and I was able to pick up the lens the next day! I will definitely be renting from them again :)
