My experience with Ajilon was amazing! Lauren Bauer was incredibly helpful in finding me a new job. Once I found a position that was worth going for, the process from first interview to job offer took just over 2 weeks and the placement couldn't be more perfect! Just over 5 months in and I couldn't be happier with my new job! Lauren really took my previous experience to heart when finding something new for me.

I had a great experience with Ajilon! They were very friendly and really worked with me to find employment. They were responsive and they were not pushy or overbearing. Lauren Bauer was absolutely amazing. I felt so comfortable with her and she worked hard to find me a job that worked for me (and she worked hard). I just signed my offer letter for a dream company all due to Lauren and Ajilon!

Read the reviews and since most current ones to date stated they had a good experience, I went in for an interview and it was completely unprofessional. I interviewed with Braxton and during the interview he said he had some information, got up during the interview and left. Then came back, said he didn't know where it was or have information, and stood by the door saying thanks for coming in and walked away. Called, sent two emails and never received a response. This staffing firm only places people from the aiport, downtown or north areas of Chicago even if you have a vehicle.
