Didn't receive the level of communication or transparency at a professional standard. Regardless of the outcome and the reasons why my application did not proceed, the reason I was provided from the Hirewell Rep does Not align with the recent hire placed at the company that I was applying for. Hirewell made an effort to highlight this person in the job description as well. Comparing my resume with the recent hire highlighted, it turns out I actually have more experience selling into this industry than he/she does. and.. The feedback I received from the Hirewell rep regarding why my application did not advance, was this: The company is looking for somebody with more experience than I have selling into that space. Clearly this was not the reason I did not proceed. What I'm saying is not that I am entitled or better than the recent hire... The lack of transparency from a recruiting company is worrisome. Transparency is a crucial part in my development, so I can take the feedback into my next application. Given the lack of transparency, professionalism, and care.. I would definitely look elsewhere
