Working with Carrie Fifield at Digital People was such a wonderful experience. She took the time to really get a good understanding of my background and what I was looking for in my next role. Within a few months she found me a perfect fit. She helped me out through the whole process of preparing for the interview, On boarding and getting all set up. I have had such a positive experience with Carrie Fifield. She made the transition to contract work and finding a position as pleasant as possible. She was always there when I had questions and just a great asset being my advocate through finding positions that were a great fit to setting up interviews and checking in to see how things were going. Carrie Fifield is hands-down the best recruiter I have ever worked with, period. She was my solid advocate over a multistage job application and interviewing process that took over 2 months to complete, and her determination and persistence got me the job I’m currently enjoying. Helpful, insightful and on my side are three aspects that I did NOT get from my experience here. One of the recruiters here found me a potential job at a company that would fit my qualifications, but when it came around to the eventual phone interview with the company the owner met with me very intrusive questions and prying remarks, so naturally it didn't go well. My problem here is that instead of being met with a positive "we'll do better next time" attitude like I would expect from other recruiters, I was instead thrown under the bus. After finding out the interview didn't go well the recruiter made wild assumptions about my job history and treated me as if I was to blame when the owner of that company wasn't the one being professional. I came in hoping to find a better job, but instead they rubbed salt in the wound.
