Absolutely loved working with Joe! Very supportive and fought for what I wanted. Joe gave me great quick feedback after each interview I had with the company. Helped calm my nerves, and is all around pleasant to speak with. Would definitely recommend working with them.

There aren't enough words to properly express my sincere gratitude to Cara Sawyer & Joe Rubino at Watson Dwyer.  Looking for a new job is stressful by itself, however taking on this challenge during a global pandemic felt hopeless at times.  Not only did Cara keep my spirits high, but her professionalism, thoughtfulness and tireless commitment to finding me the right role game me peace of mind that I had partnered with the right firm.  Through our regular check-ins, Cara & I built a working relationship founded on trust and honesty.  In the few months that we worked together Cara took the time to really understand my goals, tweaked my resume to help me stand out and advocated for my best interest to land me a job I could not be happier to have.  If you are looking for someone to have in your corner who will go above & beyond, look no further than Watson Dwyer.  Cara truly was my Fairy Job Mother & I know she can be the same for you!

I couldn't have been happier with my experience here. I worked with Joe Rubino and Jim Huss. I'm a recent college grad who had been working as a recruiter until my startup went under (with no warning whatsoever, nor full payment of our last paychecks...) and found myself suddenly unemployed in a brand-new city. And as fellow recent grads know, finding a career-starting entry-level position at a good company with very little experience is TOUGH. Having worked in a recruiting agency, I feel the need to mention that these types of agencies are not in the business of guaranteeing that candidates will get jobs- their clients are ultimately who they're working for in order to make a living, and it's their clients who are making the final decisions about candidates. So, these types of firms are awesome for finding openings that you may not find otherwise, preparing you to do the best you can do in interviews, and vouching for your ability. They are NOT a magic job creator, it's up to you to kill it in the interviews and get the offer. But they can be an awesome resource and I'd highly, highly recommend working with this one in particular!With that said, I just accepted an offer with one of their clients! It's a fantastic company with a well-known name in its industry, and a position that works well with my skills. I absolutely can't wait to get started (and to no longer be unemployed). Jim and Joe were both so great with consistently keeping me in the loop, and would call me instantly with any news. Jim also prepped me very well for the interviews. Throughout what is an inherently stressful process, they made me feel taken care of and were highly transparent. I'd absolutely recommend them for either businesses or candidates.
