The Princeton Review has served as a wonderful support for MCAT prep for pre-medical students on our college campus! They make it very easy to partner with them as a student organization, too, and through the partnership, they allow discounts to their prep courses, tons of free resources, and offer free practice exams! I also love that they are available to help support students with such a wide variety of tests, not just the MCAT!

It has been an amazing experience partnering with TPR. Irem really truly cares about our club and wants to help us succeed! She has also gone above and beyond to help us plan and coordinate events to cater to the pre-health needs of our community. The entire staff is very clean, organized, and efficient. In less than a year, this has been a HUGE boost for us and we are extremely happy with our experience.

Their LSAT prep program felt very disjointed. However Princeton Review has a lot of promise. The instructor is knowledgeable. And there is some good reading material. But if you are not an online learner, like myself, please avoid. I felt really detached from the experience because there is very limited interaction with the instructor. You may not raise your hand to ask questions like you would in a standard virtual setting. Instead youre forced to enter all questions in a chat box. Upon seeing this format I felt an immediate disconnect from the learning experience which admittedly resulted in a low attendance rate. I just wish I had known about their unique virtual classroom before dropping $1,800 on the class. Again, PR has a lot of promise. And if none of those things bother you Id encourage you to sign up and see for yourself. Id love to see them off in-person LSAT prep courses. There is a demand for it.

Horrible, horrible service. Do not use, this seems to be a scam. They will take your money but you will not be not be contacted. My experience: I paid the $7,000 for the 1,500+ SAT prep. It seemed expensive, but I assumed a bigger company would be easy to work with and deliver results. I couldnt have been more wrong! The salesperson (Ariana) was nice, informative and easy to work with. Upon paying for the service, I received a confirmation email. In the confirmation email, it described two items to kick off the process. 1) I needed to schedule a time to meet with a person to discuss the tutoring needs (did this, was very easy to schedule). 2) I was supposed to receive a second email its login details to setup an online account.but I never received (and checked spam, nothing!). So I sent an email to Princeton review.no response. So I called the sales representative, she promptly answered but said there was nothing she could do except send a note. So I waited for the day of scheduled tutoring call, and the day of I waited, and the call time came and went.no call, no email, no nothing! Therefore I called the sales rep again and she apologized and said it was very unusual, but that did no good. I started an online chat expressing my frustration and quickly received a call from a manager. Who apologized. Said this is unusual, took the time to take my info, setup the online account, and said that if I uploaded the test score and did the practice exam online, I would receive a call from my tutor or the tutoring dept the next day.I waited and waited, no call, no email, no response???? I called again to Princeton review and caressed that I was utterly frustrated that their word was useless. That I should be able to count on some kind of contact when promised, and was directed to the tutoring dept as the regular line doesnt handle the tutoring.and I got a voicemail to leave a messagethis company is terrible, do not use them; save money and go to a smaller company where you can talk to a person that follows through on their promises. This is way too much work to get them to do their job that I am paying them for. Follow-up on 1/23/23: I changed the review to a 3 star. I received a call from a manager and they worked with me to address the problems I experienced. Obviously there was nothing to be done to change what i went through but the fact that a manager called to listen and accept the problems (and work to correct ) was a great sign that this company does care and wants to see their customers happy and successful on the SAT. I will add to the review once my daughter completes the course.
