If you value your time and your money, do not do business here. In February, I brought in one overcoat, two shirts and two pairs of pants. I'm not sure if they own the store or just work there, but They advertise same day pick up, which is false. I was told my clothes would be done the next day, but when I came, they then told me to come on Friday instead, as they had not even started. In the end, they couldn't even do the overcoat and said they would have to charge more if I wanted it done. $81.34 for two tops and two pants? And on top of that, the transaction did not process until a month later, for $85. If the service was done and paid for on February 25th, I do not understand why I am being charged again for a higher amount. Horrible service.

Excellent service! Wonderful couple who runs the place, very quick and efficient, reasonable rate. Would definitely come back again!

Garments werent ready when they said they would be. They broke a button on a dress of mine, replaced it with one they had, and didnt plan on telling me. Luckily, I inspected the items before I left and noticed. They then wanted to charge me extra for the service.

These people are insane. They just charged me 30$ to hem a dress that was worth less than that! A very simple dress, just no lining or complex seams or structure or anything. I know some stuff about sewing and even brought the dress pinned at the height I needed, I just needed then to sew it because my machine can't handle elastic fabric.  This should not have been more than $10-$15. My husband had the zipper of his coat replaced and dry cleaned and that was $60, which is still a little steep but not as alarming as the dress hemming. Way overpriced for not so great service, I couldn't tell if they full understood when I spoke and they weren't nice at all.Will never go again.

I just moved to the neighborhood about a couple months ago and took a suit there to be cleaned and another garment for repair. They told me to come back the next Saturday. Unfortunately I could not come back that Saturday because my wife and I were having our baby shower. The following business day I went back to pick up my items and they were closed. It has been weeks and they are still closed with no sign indicating when they will reopen. Ive tried to get in touch with them but there is no way to leave them a message. The phone rings but no answer or voicemail greeting and I cant find an email address to reach them at either. I will need this suit it a few weeks so I am hoping to get it back soon. They seemed like a nice couple and I hope that they are ok. I just wish that if they were planning to take time off that would have better communicated that to their customers or if this was a family emergency some sort of sign could have been posted so their customers are informed. Again I hope they are ok and I wish them well and if anyone out there knows how to get a hold of them please do a well being check on them and possibly post an update..?
