Cons...... Long lines Parking is tight and horrendous to get in and out of at times. Layout is weird and finding merchandise is a challenge because they change the location of the merchandise sometimes. Didnt have a ATM because of the vandals of last summer. Merchandise is locked up and finding the ringer (button for assistance) is not located everywhere throughout the store as it should be. Took a person (SALES ASSOCIATE) a minute today to answer the ringer for assistance for me to get a locked product. Not all product is available like with other Walgreens locations and have a small food section, other Walgreens have more food to offer in their store. The Pharmacy staff looked as though they took some of the medication prescribed by the customers Doctor because they looked lucid and just plain out of it!! PROS...... The Cashiers are always pleasant when I go in this store. The Security Guard helped and assisted - went beyond her job - responsibilities in finding a bag of ice for me. Finding a bag of ice was a challenge and wasnt easily visible for the customer to see and buy. They always have bubblegum at this location because I am a big fan of bubblegum. Double Bubble. They finally got a new ATM located in the store now. For the Pros and minus three because of all the Cons listed above.

Pharmacy manager Elicia w. was very difficult, short, unhelpful. I told her my prescription was rancid due to the unusually smell. She told me that's just the way it smells. I have been getting this prescription for years and have only smelt this one other time with a medication at this pharmacy, and I told her so. When this medication is expired, it becomes toxic and can cause organ damage, inflammation, and atherosclerosis. I asked her for a solution and she literally told me "there is no solution". As a manager it is within her power to resolve the issue even moreso.The fact the the pharmacy manager thinks this is normal proves she's been badly trained and is knowingly poisoning people. She left me with a toxic medication, no answers nor resolution, and with a bitter taste for this local walgreens.
