Manager said they do NOT price match their own website or app prices. I explained I just needed 1 item and the minimum online "Pick up in store" order must be $10. She rudely whisper under her breath, no eye contact at all, "then order it online then." She shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to continue to ignore me. Do yourself the favor and take the extra 8 minute drive to the Harlem & Irving location, where they will price match and provide better customer service.

What a joke! The Walgreens website says that Walgreens has COVID antibody tests so I stopped in for one. The girl at the pharmacy pointed me to a home COVID test. I explained I am looking for an ANTIBODY test, not a COVID infection test. She did not get it. Then asked another pharmacist who had no clue. They were still looking at each other with puzzled expressions when I finally left. I'm sorry, I'm not a pharmacist or a scientist in any way shape or form but even I know that there is a difference between an ANTIBODY test and a COVID infection test. I ended up going to Mariano's in Norridge where the staff was EXCELLENT and I did the test & got results in about 25 minutes. Will not be returning to Walgreens. Total joke of a store.

I go to this Walgreens all the time and the overnight “manager” is very unprofessional and extremely rude. She didn’t greet me when I walked in, she didn’t immediately ring me up when I got to the register even though I was the only customer because she was too busy sitting and checking out her own items. Lazy and rude staff- worst Walgreens
