Fetch! is an outstanding company. They are truly responsive and quick to find you solutions in a pinch. The system they use is top notch with good pictures and feedback from dog services. All the help they have enlisted for us has also been great. The meet & greets are a huge plus and really ease the stress of leaving our furry friend with somebody!

Five stars all the way! The team here is amazing. My energetic pup, Luna, gets the exercise she needs, and I get a detailed journal after every walk. It's like having a personal pet caretaker. Amazing service.

Our dog Joey has done private boarding through Fetch for the past 18 months. Mark is absolutely amazing. I hesitate to mention his name because we are afraid he won't be available when we need him!! We could not be more thrilled with the care, attention (including lots of cuddles and belly rubs) that Joey receives when boarding. Fetch's communication through daily journal entries and photos provides reassurance that Joey is happy and stress-free. We can't imagine boarding Joey anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about fetch. They have gone above and beyond in every way for me and my blind pup Ozzy! Their communication is superb. They genuinely care about what they do. They show Ozzy so much love. By far the best company Ive worked with in Chicago!!
