Insomnia Cookies

I order delivery from this location and every once in a while they mess up the order. No big deal, as they always fix it when I call to let them know. Today I called to let them know they had left out one cookie from the order and the ice cream was wrong. I was told they would fix it, and I proceeded to eat what they gave me. They then called back about 10 minutes later to say that there was no evidence that they messed up the order and they didnt believe that it was wrong, so I wouldnt be getting the rest of my order delivered. I would have happily provided photo evidence if I had known I needed hard proof.

I just came here to pickup an order. I really like the way she is receiving the customers with a warm smile and i never had such a good service. I don't know her name but she is doing a very well. even in the midnight she is working so enthusiastic.

Cameron and Dominick great when taking my order. Every time I came to the store to purchase cookies the service from either individual was amazing. They both have an enthusiastic approach when it comes to customer service and as a customer I am proud to refer people to this location.
