Dr. Alexis Olsson and his team worked on my wisdom teeth removal for 3 molars. I went to him on two separate appointments. I was terrified of getting this done because I have seen so many people have bad experience or a tough recovery from wisdom teeth removal, but with Dr. Olsson this was a very smooth process. He definitely knows what he is doing because the procedure was quick and painless, and my recovery was no issue. I was confident enough to get the rest of my wisdom teeth removed on a second appointment, which also went very smoothly. His surgery team also had great bedside manners and pleasant to talk to while calming my nerves, and the front desk was very easy to work with regarding appointments and payment. I am very glad I waited on my oral surgery until I met Dr. Olsson.

Wonderful service and comfortable experience starting from the moment I walked in the door! Ive been hesitant to schedule any type of oral procedure due to Covid-19 but could wait no longer. However, their safety procedures were on point. There is a no-wait policy so right when I got there, the administrative assistant greeted me at the door and took me directly to a patient room. Everyone I met were very professional and comfortable to be around. I was fortunate to get my procedure completed on the same day as my consultation. Dr. Olssen was wonderful. I loved his technique and especially liked that he explained everything he was doing (I was numb, not put under) and asked numerous times if I was doing okay. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly prior to getting it as well as the care instructions that would follow. I was reassured that if I needed anything, to call their 24/7 customer service line. To my surprise, Dr. Olssen called and left a voicemail for me this morning to make sure I was feeling okay. This was my first time getting a procedure done here and if I ever need another one I now know where to go. I definitely recommend Dr. Olssen and his team!

Dr. Olsson is the best. Clinically perfect and his bedside manner is very comforting. Dr. Olsson clearly explained to me my treatment options and helped me make an educated decision. I appreciate his consultative approach to medicine. I have had exceptional service with Dr. Olsson's office- Melissa and team are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you!

Terrible service!!! My wife has been suffering for years and called there to make an appt and never heard back. Then I had our doctor send a referral form and finally received a call back from an incredibly rude and insensitive woman who just brushed me off like a fly. Reason we called is it says he is accepting new patients. Not true! Good riddance!!
