I can confirm others' critiques - very expensive, very long and very difficult to get anything scheduled, and Linda was rude. She seriously hung up on me when I said I didn't want to book an appointment with them at this time since they wanted nearly $1000 for treatment that cost $400 elsewhere. I was going to say I'd call back when I had a chance to review and think about it if she could send me the care plan, but wasn't given that chance. I also found the doctor's explanations to be thorough but borderline condescending. Otherwise, he was kind and knowledgeable (and had a good sense of humor). The only very bright spot of this entire office was the dental assistant. She is a lovely person who was gentle and accommodating during my assessment visit. I'd give here her own 5 stars if I could. She's the sole reason for anything above a 1 star.

I'm immunocompromised and was calling dentists on my plan to find a new office still practicing COVID safety. Over the phone I was reassured that masking was required and enforced in the office and they even required patients to bring proof of vaccination. I came in, saw a MASKS REQUIRED sign on the door, and was asked to show my vaccination card but I kept having to ask the person at the front desk to pull her mask up off her chin while I was dealing with her. Next, another person comes in and sits down, completely unmasked, and is not spoken to or offered a mask. When I pointed this out to the stadd person she just took me into a different room instead (the other person was still sitting there unmasked and reading a magazine when I left). The dentist came into the room I was in and we talked, then he took me back to be examined. After the exam, while I was still unmasked in the patient chair, the dentist walked behind the chair and kept talking, and when I looked over my shoulder to face him, I saw that he'd decided to just TAKE OFF HIS MASK while in an exam room with a vulnerable patient. I immediately put mine back on and he just dismissively said something about forgetting. I know the rules about COVID safety have changed, but don't reassure me that you will provide the level of service I'm looking for and then endanger me. Not cool. I'm sick now, and my rapid COVID tests are coming out negative but I'll be following up with my doctor because I'm very sure I was exposed to _something_ there because of their carelessness and false advertising.

Dentists are fine but the staff is incompetent. Be prepared to do their job for them. They will book you an appointment for a day they arent even open and they cancel with less than 24 hour notice. Happened to me twice.

Dr.Zimmer (apologies for incorrect spelling) , has a horrible customer service attitude with patients. I called to get clarification of office policies and about a bill I was getting with no actual list of charges. She was very rude and constantly tried to over talk me. Ive been sent numerous bills with incorrect charges and Ive always had to call back to get a correct ledger. I was an avid patient for almost 2 years but I will no longer be returning to this office due to the rudeness of Dr.Zimmer. She needs to take a class on how to speak to people in a professional manner. If a patient has questions, theres no reason why you should continuously try to over talk them and be rude.
