This shelf/product has been out of stock for a month. Sales rep refused to order 5 bottles. SMH.
Don't forget the "Rush dry" debacle. Gone with no warning.

I've been here multiple times. At this point, it's like I come every week. The staff are all so sweet and kind, they really know what they're doing. The store is always clean and well stocked too. I go out of my way to go to this particular location because I like supporting the workers, they are very sweet.

Only problem with this place is you cannot depend on them actually being open when it says they should be. But that's kind of the case downtown sometimes rn. But the staff..the staff!!! Always ready to answer questions and give personalized recommendations. They seem attentive and genuine which is so comforting when looking for new products to try. On the 4 different occasions I've made it in the store y'all really came through. Thanks for saving my hair time and time again.
