Hire maintenance people to approve your planes departures. How is it okay for this company to just be okay with delaying every single one of their flights like it's standard policy? People have connections they need to make! I know people who work in this office will read this. Please help put pressure on hiring for that department.

Their online check-in uses a confusing process that led me to missing a flight. It errors when you try logging in with the cheapest-level economy ticketand it doesnt tell you that the reason for doing so is so they can make sure you dont bring a carryon item PLUS a personal item. If the process made that clearer, I wouldve happily packed a different bagand gotten on my flight.

This is the biggest scam ever. I booked a suite in the Strat Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas through United Airline/Priceline and on their website it had beautiful modern furniture and nice window view, when I arrived, it was the sketchiest suite I ever seen in my life, straight out of a horror movie, where you kidnap someone and hide them to ask for ransom, I turned the stand light on and got shocked, opened the blind there was a dark wall facing me, used my phone light to find the light switch to my surprise its not working. Suite #6046 Went down to the front desk and demanded another suite, they told me thats the only one available even though I booked and paid 30 days in advance. I was told it is first come first served basis whats reservations for? Called the manager and she repeated the phrase first come first served, so they decided to downgrade me to a one bedroom, and promised to give me my suite next day, I spent all 4 nights asking for my suite that I paid for. Called United Airline to ask for a refund, I was told to contact Priceline, Priceline told me because I agreed to take the one bedroom, they cant do anything about it. I was charged $932.00 for 4 nights, plus $216.00 amenities fee upon arrival, the room I got was advertised for $89.00 a night. How can a company like United partner with such a rip-off company??? NEVER book with them its a big scam.

I am a Premier United Member and TSA pre. My grandchildren live in northeastern Wyoming and I visited them for Christmas with a rerun day of January 10, but stopping off in Sacramento for appointment I had January 11, 2024 in the morning. I received the text to check in at 5:09 pm on January 9, and I promptly check in. However, at 9:00 pm, I received a message the flight was cancelled and to call customer service. I was rebooked from Denver to Sacramento on a different carrier. I left northeastern Wyoming and upon arrival at Denver, I had a text that the flight to Sacramento was delayed and would now get in after 9 oclock am which was not acceptable or going to work with my appointment. I was told I may have to spend the night in the airport. I was told at the Denver airport to call customer service. I called and the agent and she rebooked me back onto United but I was still getting in very late and would have to book a hotel which I didnt need if I got in earlier because I arranged to drive to a friends house. I told the agent remember to not just rebook me on United, but also transfer my luggage, she said I already did. Well that didnt happen and the luggage was lost. I had some medicine on me but the majority was in my suitcase. I received a shaming response from United customer service that I should never put ANY medicine in my suitcase because there is a high probability the luggage would be lost. The customer service gave me all the case file numbers and was told I would be reimbursed. I did that and I have never been reimbursed and the case is closed in my United app. I would like to be reimbursed as United Customer Service promised I would in January 2024. Please call me or email back. Every time now I call customer service regarding this incident, they dont know what Im talking about when I have an incident report, lost luggage numbers, and emails from United. United, your customer service and functioning as one of the top ten carriers in the USA has declined. Please act with integrity and honesty and refund me as promised for this disastrous flight experience.
