        I used the app and I am a frequent customer. They charged me and never delivered the order. When I called the store, an automated message said that no one was available to answer the phone. This was at 2pm. Their website has no real way to contact them so I am leaving this review here. POTBELLY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! THEY DO NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WELL AND THEY OWE ME MONEY!

        This is the worst corporate I've ever dealt with I got gift cards for the holiday. The balance is on the card and no one can use the balance. No help from the company after several attempts through email and call. Stores are franchises so no help

        These people are a joke they blame their workers for when food is missing when most of the time it was a door dash or delivery driver or just a random person walking in taking the food and leaving making us remake the food. Also had a manager at the location I worked at this Manager played favorites when I called HR about it,I never got a call back from these jokers.
