I stayed at thousand trails chehalis wa. At the entrance and exit the road is very bad. They don't seem to want to fix it or put money back in their thousand trail properties. I found most of the park had several sites that had no power. It was a challenge to find a site that had power and was big enough for my 27 ft travel trailer. The sites are overgrown and need to be manicured to allow people to enjoy them properly. For some reason they only had one pool open which led to over crowding in the upper pool. On the positive side the staff was very nice and the pool was big.

They are willing to over charge and take your money and not do much for it. It would be worth the pay if they took care of things the way they say they do when they are trying to sell you on it

I used to work for ELS and they were an excellent company in my opinion. I miss all of my ex-employees. Viva ELS!

Stayed at Pine Acres in raymond N.H this year and was VERY VERY VERY disappointed (been coming to this campground for over 12 years) The new staff here lack experience and lack people skills... This corporate company don't care about the campers or what it offers they just collect $$$$. The adult rec hall/ cafe they have on site was closed and rumor has it that its being torn down and NOT being replaced, they were understaffed and had 1 bathhouse closed, there were no activities for the kids during the week and you were lucky if they had any during the weekend. The grounds at the campground itself was deplorable, in all my years going here I've never seen such disrepair and "yardwork" needed... The main ball field looked like it never got mowed, there were a lot of potholes on all the dirt roads (there never was with past management) the beach was disgusting and never raked, the bathhouses were unsanitary, the rules were not enforced, ( ex. Kids driving golfcarts, speed limits not followed etc.), the pine needles and leaves from opening day were still not picked up and its now august and the season started in april, they have old dilapidated campers that look abandoned. this company sucks at managing properties and hiring people!!!!! This company NEEDS to get out of the business!!!! I wouldn't ever stay again at any of their properties!!!!!!
