The absolute worst place I've ever had the displeasure of working for. In the beginning, when He***** was the RM, our office was great. We were working tirelessly to get the office back up to standard as it was a complete wreck when we showed up. Unfortunately He***** was fired for reporting office bullying. Then ANN ALTERSON came along. She is top 5 in the worst people I've ever met. I don't mean to sound unprofessional but the disrespect, bullying and lies that came from her was just astounding. She loved to pit colleagues against each other, say one thing and then pretend she never did so that you get in trouble and very egotistical and money hungry. She would rather have an office under her fail than admit she was wrong. Really pathetic if you ask me. The last straw for me was when I reported sexual harassment as well as bullying, belittlement and hostility in the office. This was all coming from the temporary doctor. This doctor created an unsafe environment for everyone at the office and eventually we all started leaving one by one. I tried my hardest to stick it out and I reported it to Ann twice. Both with lengthy emails documenting the incidents thoroughly. She didn't do a single thing and when the doctor was cussing me out one day I left. Again, I told Ann about this and said I will not be coming back until she's gone which was the next week anyways. Ann didn't care and said I needed to be at work and see the patients. She didn't care that I was being abused by this doctor, just that I was making her company money. I left this place for good finally and couldn't be happier. Shame on Ann and shame on elite for hiring such a terrible person.

Im going to post this review here as well as the dentist office due to Elite Dental Partners being the reason I am leaving my current dentist. This company does not care about their patients, it's all about the money. It really pains me to write this review because Dr. Searls is a close family friend that I grew up with both his kids. Recently, the front office operations of this office was sold off to a company named Elite Dental Partners based out of Chicago. This company no longer has compassion for their patients and you are just a number to them. Dr Searls is still himself and a great dentist but he has no power over their billing practices. The last two visits, Ive asked for a full estimate of work being performed, which should be a simple phone call between the dentist office and the insurance company. I get presented with an estimate and I STILL receive a bill for an additional 60 dollars every time. When I call or confront the office staff on these bills, they default to blaming the insurance company but yet they were the ones that generate a cost estimate that I must sign before work is completed. Then they will blame the old beloved dental hygienists for not completing their jobs and say thats why they were let go. Elite Dental Partners, these hygienists did not leave because of their actions, they left because of your corporate attitudes!!!! This isnt rocket science to figure out. Now they have young hygienists that will play the corporate game and push things to run up your bill more and more. I am seeking a new dental office that is small and one that cares about their patients. Again this review is not about Dr Searls himself but about Elite Dental Partners that now runs the hiring/billing/front office operations of Penn and Searls, DDS. Steer very far away from them unless you want to spend top dollar. They just lost a very good customer over 58.79 unfortunately.
