Always far more expensive then other stations in the area. They even charge more for their air to fill tires.

Edit to add: Today--June 30, my son went back to this BP and the guy behind the counter recognized his face from the ID in the wallet---and returned it. Yep, that's right. He said someone "found it". Who doesn't make a decent attempt to return a wallet that has information in there to make it easy?? I just googled his name and the google machine gave me our address and phone. The money was gone, of course. Tonight, around 7.30pm the short round bald guy stopped my teen son (who was alone) before purchasing. He made him empty pockets to prove my son did not shoplift. I'm not even sure that's legal. There was nothing in his pockets. My son paid, left----and started walking thru the neighborhood. 5-8 mins later, realized no wallet. He retraced his steps--nothing. He called me---said the experience at the gas station frazzled him---and believes he must have left on the counter. So, I went back with him to the gas station---and the man said there was no wallet. We retraced his steps again. Nothing. We went home and something just felt off. So, I went back to the gas station an hour later. I calmly spoke with this man. Asked again if anyone "turned in a wallet"...or if my son left it on the counter. I looked on the floor, all around, and outside. Nothing. Told him I did not like how he made my son empty his pockets--and left. I just felt like the wallet was there. So, at this point, the wallet is long gone and someone made out with $10. It was a nice wallet, fee to cancel his debit card and replace the ventra. Tonight there are bigger things going on with the rioting. I get that. We are all on edge in the area. It's been busier than normal around here---but nothing too bad. But to stop a young teen who was purchasing something---on a night like this---sounds like this gas station has a lot of problems. Maybe our neighborhood does not need this type of place and all the problems that they seem to have. This gas stations is such an eyesore for our beautiful neighborhood. Don't support this location. Go elsewhere.
