Always closed after 1am, guy just sitting there on his phone not even acknowledging you! Is it 24 hours or not?! Worst 711 I've ever been to really! Update, still the worst! Always closed after 1am! Whole point is 24hrs!

This store is not 24hrs every time i go there after 1:30am the doors are locked even tho the clerk is standing at the register.

This area gets busy and parking can be a nightmare so I am grateful that they hired a company to watch their parking lot. We customers deserve to be able to find a parking space while patronizing and the booters do a great job of catching those people who selfishly use the 7-11 parking lot as their own personal parking space. Sorry, not sorry.

Staff is very rude. Speed is more important to them. They call next customer before you can move. They stole money off my card. Teach smile, please thankyou etc.

7 Eleven has great after-work pizza but def check the box before paying --- this is what I ended up with when I opened the box . 7-22-23 I want to increase the score bc they seem friendly, but they are so disorganized... some days there is no hot chocolate, seldom is there coffee available after 12 noon... and if there are cooked hotdogs (only $1 at present) ... sometimes they have garnishes, but they have been out of condiments for over a week. Same for cups and lids ... if you are hungry or need a coffee -- a better bet is the store on Irving Park, or the one on Waveland and Broadway --- I'd give both 4/5 stars for service and reliability.
