Julia found me an assignment. I expressed I had another interview at the time of meeting with her and I let her know it was permanent she talked me into this one saying she was sure I would get hired and the spots were filling up fast she couldn't be sure the job will still be available by end of the day. I was told that it was a temp to hire and they always hire the person if they did a great job. She was very open in communication during the onboarding processes which seemed promising. Once I started with the company I never heard from her again. I emailed to request a day off for a doctor's appointment and I still haven't heard back till this day. I missed no days and was on time each day. I made it my business to perform well. I was in the top five each day. I was called by some random guy two hours before my assignment was due to end to inform me the company decided to end the contract early. Julia hasn't been in contact with me since onboarding. I was lied to and have not been reached out to about another assignment. The company I was assigned with employees kept telling us they were temps also to encourage us or something I now feel that was a lie also.
