I recently used platinum contractors when I needed assistance filing a claim through my insurance due to a wind and hail damage from a recent storm we had. I worked closely with Mr. Chris Mateo who handled all The insurance processes and most importantly kept me informed every step of the way and was successfully approved for a new roof. It was a stress free, extremely easy process and I would recommend anyone to this company. If I have any other needs further down in the future I will definitely use Platnium Contractors.

I experienced a wonderful, smooth and easy process with the contractor by the name of Chris !! He was extremely personable as well as professional . I had plenty of questions and he answered them all with accuracy . And not to mention , he made me feel reassured about the all the work that was being done . Platinum Contractors replaced the roof on my home as well as my garage . And did an amazing job on the new siding that was placed on both , my home and garage as well . I will also add that Chris and his workers were ALWAYS prompt and punctual with their timing throughout the whole process . Again , I can not explain enough how happy and pleased I am with the finished job on my home and garage !!!
