Disappointed in the response of Jeremy. Twice scheduled in writing calls with him to discuss a bid. Both times he wasn't available at the set time, no word from him until hours later. I'll be selecting another contractor. EDIT: Jeremy reached out to me and apologized for the oversight. I appreciate the gesture.

Bradley Built completed a total gut job on our outdated bathroom, giving it a fresh & modern look. We did our due diligence when looking for a team for the job, and we're glad we hired Bradley Built. He's flexible, easy to reach and provides example SKUs and suggestions for materials.

I hired Bradley Built to renovate my two flat in Humboldt Park. They were awesome and knocked out the gut rehab in record time. Not one hiccup and great communication. I would use them again.

We hired Bradley Built to gut renovate 2 of our bathrooms and replace all of our interior and closet doors. Jeremy did a great job and made the process seamless. He is super responsive responding to my texts day or night within minutes. If there was ever a concern or issue he rectified it quickly and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. He used a few different contractors for some of the work, all of whom were great, but Frank in particular was wonderful. Additionally, Stacey, who ran the schedule and billing was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend the Bradley Built team!

We worked with Bradley Built on our new, old Oak Park home. Like most Oak Park homes, there were some structural issues that needed to be addressed. A previous owner had enclosed the front porch but hadn't added the necessary support, so we had to have a cross beam sistered. There were also a couple "temporary" support beams that had been in our basement for a very long time and needed to be replaced with real support beams. Jeremy is a long time resident of Oak Park and is super familiar with dealing with these types of issues. They seemed alarming to us, but he was very reassuring and knowledgeable. Jeremy and his guys were quick and efficient.
