Nick and his team were awesome. On time, clean, friendly. Our bathroom is now beautiful and we hope to do another project with them soon! After vetting three companies we decided to hire Frontpoint Construction. Nick's knowledge of our home's uniqueness as well as our own vision and he blended them together perfectly. All work was done by crews that were prompt, on time, professional, clean. Tile, drywall, electrical, plumbing. We enjoyed the freedom we had to choose our finishes while Frontpoint Construction provided the expertise to manage the crews and maintain the construction timeline. We will enjoy the final product for years to come with our family and friends!

Did a great job on my flat roof. 1.5 years and no more leaks. Customer service is great. Cleared up a great misunderstanding.

Frontpoint Construction completely amazed me! Their fast work, keen attention to detail, communication and professionalism exceeded all of my expectations. I absolutely love my new bathroomHighly recommended for anyone!!!

Did a full bathroom renovation with Frontpoint. Overall the final result was certainly positive with most aspects meeting our expectations. The communication was good and Ryan, our project manager, was very responsive. The issues that missed the 4 and 5-star mark include needing to redo several aspects of the job before they were done right. As a result, the job did take over three months. We were not in a hurry since we don't currently live in the unit but this would have been a cluster if we were living there. It seemed the job would have gone smoother if the on-site workers had a bit more supervision rather than us stopping by, seeing what was incomplete or shoddy, and than communicating with Ryan what the issues were so they could be rectified. To his credit, most of these issues were corrected after being made aware of them.I would warn anyone having grout work done to show a precise example of the grout you want before just stating the color (white, grey, black, etc). Our shower grout has the color and consistency of dark mud which is not what we expected or wanted. Not sure if this was they way this brand of grout was supposed to look or if there was an issue with mixing and applying the grout but it's not the usual grey smooth grout that we were expecting. Again, maybe a bit more supervision would have caught this early in the process. I understand that grout, once put down and dry, is not easily "fixable". We were given a small discount for our dissatisfaction with this aspect of the job.Frontpoint is probably not alone in struggling to find skilled labor to complete jobs like these in the Covid era. Not sure. The fact that we were not there to provide in-person feedback more often also added another layer of complexity. I thank them for their efforts and wish them much success in the future.
